Calling all knitters/crocheters, and those who want to learn! Parishioner Carmen Paulino will lead us in creating “granny squares” that put together will create a heart to represent The Sacred Heart of Jesus. The SFDS heart will then be on display later this month at El Barrio’s Artspace PS109 as part of an exhibit entitled “Beautifying the Community.”

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We’ll start after the 11am Mass and continue through until after the 12:30pm Mass, so stop by and join us for a fun afternoon of crochet + coffee 💚🧶🧵💙

PURPOSE: This exhibit is focused on beautifying our community by bringing different communities together. This exhibit will be displaying several different Art pieces from our Seniors, people with disabilities, senior citizens in Puerto Rico, resident artists from El Barrio’s ArtSpace, and from Women Empowerment groups.
