Stations of the Cross in Fridays of Lent (English and Spanish)
First Communion course takes place on Thursday from 4 to 5pm here in the rectory. It is designed for children of Second and third Grades. The first Communion takes place in May. Children and parents attend Mass here in SFDS. First Class Thursday October 15, 2009. Registration $75. Pick up form at the Parish office. The catechist is Ms Elizabeth Lynch-Sallem.
The Course for Confirmation takes place from 11:30 to 12:30 on Sundays. It is designed for boys and girls of Grades 7-8 and the Confirmation is normally in May of the following year. The candidates are expected to remain for the 12:30Mass on Sundays with their families. Application can be requested at the parish Office and copy of the baptism necessary. The fee is $75. First class on Sunday Oct. 20 2009. The catechist is Dr. Teddy Polito.
Baptism takes place on every Saturday afternoon. Pick up an application form at the parish office and negotiate a suitable time with the priests.
Marriage. If you wish to get married in our church you need to make contact with the priests of the parish at least six months in advance.
